Quite the day. Snowzilla hasn’t hit yet, but it’s on the way. Meanwhile, I did come away with this little tidbit from the trenches:
Proverbs understands success/virtue as a standard, with clear indicators and opposites, designed purposes and foundations, including not least “ownership,” the efficacious principle of economic causation, a law of nature illuminated in the biblical principle of inheritance, and not displacing but reflecting that there is nothing “owned” that is not first a “given.”
Proverbs understands givens exist, and rejoicings to salute the Giver.

Nobody is going to convert to your religion if you yourself don’t even want to practice it. What you don’t know, or what you don’t love, you will never share. Brands and labels means nothing when they’re left to hang in the closet.
Without skin in the game, religion is not religion but entertainment, pass-time, hobby.
📐🪽From the Wyr Eld of Watergeist
The hermit did not smile, but he stood up taller to peer down at Earth anew. “You are more than you seem. Would you believe me if I told you that I’d not once spoken those words to anyone? Yet, that bastard infant, left toddling in the heart of Ambra those many years prior? He found them, and he knew them to be my creed.”
“How?”
“I do not know!” The whites of his wide eyes reflected the last light in the darkness as he stood bolt upright. “And so, for the first time in my twenty years, they were lost to me. For the first time my oblivion and peace were shattered. For the first time I remembered fear!”

I have hit the review of chapter 1 and 2! I am missing like three verses, which I hope to make up later. Chapter 3 and 4 and sitting right here in the wings, but I’m going to wait till the other side of a little retreat I have coming up. I’m trying to strike a balance between posting here, on discord, texting my congregation, and staying active in social media channels, all for the support of the Hebron Collegium, Mad Christian Mondays, and, I think, some increasingly beautiful art.
I chose to play at the next level today…

The difference is palpable, though the price tag is steep for the upgrade. If you’re going to be printing, photos or other, I can’t see this as a poor investment.
Since I am hoping to begin distributing high quality Christian cards and gifts, I’m most concerned about quality of product. I’m not going to invest in making cheap beauty. If you buy a print from me, I want you to get something worth passing on.
Maybe more tomorrow…
