Woke up with what a knew what I knew to be strep. Can I write about having strep online, or will I be monitored more closely after that. Thanks to Jesus who gave us the miracle of fungi-based medicinals, I’m well on the way to non-contagion status and look to be back in the saddle for weekend services.

Meanwhile, some time at the battlefield unearthed a nice trajectory of clarity regarding project focuses since my return from Fort Wayne. I’d love to say I know how that happened. I have an inkling, but it sure as Smart wasn’t as linear as I wish it were.

That said, walking in liberty is the absolute best thing you can do with your day in any and every case. Why bind your conscience to anything but the Day?

But what even is “Smart” anyway?

Smart is the capacity to enter any school at any time and participate in such a way as to the enhance the learning experience of all.

You want some of that.

Everybody wants some of that.

The beauty of “Smart Noting” is that it is not just a strategy for #AlreadySmart people to sell you as a panacea to your work overwhelm. It is a set of principles that are the Path of Tru. By Tru I mean to coin: straight, level, and capable of holding up under tension, and in other words reliant, sufficient and beautiful. By putting them into regular practice, they’re truth will simply begin to overwhelm your work, and that is a beautiful thing to behold.

The glory of a principle is that it always works. The applications are infinite. Even if your first attempts at tactics built on it go awry, the truth of the matter, down to the atoms will inevitably show you a better way.

To take note on taking notice is to cease receiving information and to start harnessing it. To harness your information is to give yourself credit: you might not be the smartest person in the room, but you’re neither no man’s fool.

Christianity is the Spirit of the Cross as Glory. His Holiness is that of the Almighty God. Fear and trembling are what he inspires.

He burns within you now.

What are you afraid of?

No where that you tread is anything less than the that place he sent you. Whatever thorns are in your path, they are the crown you haven’t learned to see just yet. The fire that washes over only comes to purify, to establish and the strengthen you.

His Holiness does not lounge about watching evil run rampant and pining for older times. His Holiness stands upright, chest out, eyes of fire cast straight before. His Holiness understands that the fear of the Lord is just the beginning. The joy which is given now is only a foretaste.

There is nothing your God does that disappoints.
