This is a fight, and a visceral one at that. The Evangelical walk is through a valley of mind-killing, ordeal-shaming, soul-ending, taste of heaven at the foot of a cross. In a taste of bread and wine, the aim of his Kingdom is a warfare that ever strikes True. Our God does not see sacrifice at the end but the beginning. A disciple is never above his Master, so prepare to be made high and lifted up.

Telling the True is both a duty and a virtue.

Virtue is the courage to hold fast even when the rest of the world is shouting at you to, “Change!” to “Get out of the way!” and to “Be ashamed of yourself!”

That hurts.

But Martyrdom is worth it for the testimony.

It is the opportunity to sing the Name of the Living God into the Whirlwind that changes the life of Job. The witness of the Holy Scriptures of Jesus Christ does not change. Even though the earth give way, even though the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, the Spirit of Wisdom is a sword that makes the pen mighty.
