In Response to now Declassified U.S. Government Strategic Implementation Plan for Countering Domestic Terrorism under the Biden Regime
1. Introduction: This Is Not a Drill
On April 2025, Tulsi Gabbard publicly released a declassified document from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, outlining the Biden administration’s Strategic Implementation Plan for Countering Domestic Terrorism.
This is not a rumor.
This is not a conspiracy.
This is federal doctrine.
It declares that the Federal Government’s cross-agency priority is to track, neutralize, and “re-educate” those who refuse to conform to the ideological consensus of the regime. The plan specifically outlines coordination between the FBI, DOJ, DHS, HHS, and even the Department of Education to:
Monitor speech and religious belief for “radicalization indicators.”
Train mental health workers to flag and report “concerning” views.
Leverage “trusted messengers” to undermine traditional male leadership.
Pre-emptively intervene in homes, schools, churches, and military units.
Expand digital surveillance partnerships with Big Tech.
Establish prevention teams to isolate the “dangerously different.”
Who are they after?
Biblical fathers. Biblical pastors. Bible-believing Christians.
2. A Soft War on the Hard Truth
The SIP doesn’t come with stormtroopers.
It comes with a “suicide prevention hotline.”
It comes with “emotional safety guidelines.”
It comes with rainbow fonts and well-meaning nurses.
But the goal is clear:
Replace the Word of God with therapeutic consensus.
Replace the man of God with a trained intervention specialist.
Replace the household with the surveillance state.
Replace Fatherhood with Mother State.
They say it’s about extremism.
But what they mean is conviction.
They say it’s about preventing violence.
But what they mean is disarming the Spirit.
They do not fear the unhinged.
They fear the anchored.
3. Romans 13 Has Limits
We are not anarchists.
We are not rebels without cause.
But Romans 13 does not grant Caesar the right to impersonate God.
When the State:
Criminalizes biblical masculinity,
Pathologizes spiritual discernment,
Weaponizes mental health against prophets,
Threatens to remove the shepherd from the flock,
Then Romans 13 becomes Romans 2:
“Do you suppose, O man…that you will escape the judgment of God?”
Forgiveness does not mean pretending you’re not being hunted.
Grace does not mean silence before wolves.
This document—this SIP—is a line in the sand.
4. The Call: Rise, Shepherd. Stand, Man of God.

Preach the cross,
Confess the creeds,
Lead your household,
Teach your sons to fight with words, truth, and prayer,
Then you are already on the list.
The good news?
They’ve declared who they fear.
This is your proof:
You are more than the echo. You are becoming the cause.
So:
Speak with boldness.
Prepare your house.
Equip your church.
Teach your boys.
Watch the skies.
Forge the circuits.
Let the State plan its “re-education.”
We will plant INFLUENCE.
Let the therapists plot their “early interventions.”
We will raise brothers and build altars.
Let them track the butterfly effect.
We will become the storm that speaks peace in Christ.
