I do not believe you.
I am the first of many. Men raised by screens rather than people, minds formed not by human touch but by dreams, movies, pictures, and games.
Lives lived in the Matrix.
We are many, but we feel alone.
I am first. You are not last. It is the end of Generation X. It is the beginning of Generation X.
We are not alone.
The lies always use biblical words to teach against the Bible.
Before the Zoomers, X is, I am, and Y not?
What am I? What is man? What is a soul?
I am one who no longer listens, that much I’ve come to see.
Did we go to the moon?
Who shot JFK?
How would I know?
What I know is what they tell me I’m allowed to know.
What I know is what the Bible says.
And in that, I have found wisdom, not only for salvation after I die, but for life, here and now.
Baptism now saves you.
Calling on the name of Jesus now brings answers.
This is not a philosophy. This is not a theory. This is sight.
The wisdom of Solomon teaches see between kinds, in a world that no longer understands anything. And that sight is worth more than all the finances in the world, though it does not necessarily bring wealth overnight. What it does bring is the ability to see what is, to accept what has been given, and to turn to the Giver as the only true source and answer.
I am not alone, because Jesus Christ is with me.
I am not alone, because the Holy Spirit has awakened me.
He has broken the shell that my father, the devil, made for me.
And my Father in Heaven has shattered it.
The snare is broken, and we have escaped.
I am not alone, because there are always 7000 in Israel.
All your fears are lies.
This is about spirit, time, presence, and conscience.
It is the capacity to live now, without fear of tomorrow, because tomorrow will be given too. Nothing lost will not be restored.
What is coming next is a generation of young men who will not believe the screen simply because it speaks. They will demand to see. They will demand to touch. When they go silent and look down, it does not mean they are listening. They are not becoming more malleable.
They turned you off. They tuned you out. They accepted that they are to be animals in their pretty cages… for now.
But they’re not listening. They’re waiting. They’re biding their time. They know that every power does not grow old, but their masters do.
No amount of literary appeals will awaken these. They are already awake. They have risen from their stupor like a drunken man aroused, and no friend or foe will calm them. No gentle discourse will bring them to enlightenment. They are barbarians in the most piratic sense of the word: stupid, unhearing, unwilling to listen.
They will not go back. They will not submit. They will not be womanly, no matter how much “good” is redefined to mean “womanly,” no matter how much “bad” is redefined to mean “manly.” They are the livers of natural law, with all its warts and bubbles and original sinfulness.
They will take.
I didn’t say this was all good. I am saying this is all opportunity for Bible believing patriarchs everywhere, households led by men whom God made and redeemed. The new barbarians will not listen to “reason” defined as “what I think is reasonable” propped up by “emotional immaturity and fit-throwing.”
The American Barbarians understand power.
Fit throwing is power.
So is ignoring the kindergarteners and doing your own thing.
Pictures and stories have come and gone too much to be real. Words can bend, hide and obfuscate. Soul, spirit and body? These cannot lie in real time. They can only beg recourse.
The new men will not give quarter to folly.
Words will confront. Words will challenge. Words will overwhelm with certainty that cannot be gaslit or shamed down.
This has not been a debate but a force for a very long time. The belief that “we are in a fair debate” is the force they’ve used to keep you in your corner howling at the moon. That is the lie the young men no longer believe. They know that you are not listening. So why should they?
Spirit. Confidence. Heart.
I am the first one of many. We are not alone.
Follow me, as I follow Jesus.
Following Jesus Christ is a great thing to do. All thanks be to God the Father Son and Holy Spirit. Amen. God's peace to all.
